As a real estate professional, home stager and designer, Megan has become adept at identifying unique opportunities. Her current client base includes investors, developers, commercial entities and homeowners who trust her to shepard their diverse projects from start to finish.

Megan believes the devil is in the details and is fiercely proud of her client’s properties, no matter the type or price point. She founded Affari Real Estate out of a commitment to providing clients and their properties the customer experience they deserve.

Outside of work, she loves ceramics, yard sales, and getting outside. Megan is also passionate about housing advocacy. She currently serves as chair of the Missoula Organization of Realtors’ Public Affairs committee and sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Missoula.

Katie, a life-long Montanan, has an undergraduate degree in History from Carroll College and a Law degree with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Hamline University in Minnesota. Her transition from Law to Real Estate was a natural progression as someone who values relationship building, and being an informed advocate for clients. Her unique skill sets learned from her time in law school and as a practicing lawyer, along with her knowledge of Montana Law help achieve her client’s real estate goals in the ever-changing market.

When Katie isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler Gernant, and their two children, Cecilia and Joseph, and dog, Lorax, in all of Montana’s great outdoors.

In five words or less: Caring, honest, passionate, respectful, dependable.

Kaylea (Shoup) Gunter was born and raised in the Missoula Valley. Following graduation from the University of Montana, she spent 15 years working in the medical field and developed a love for helping people in difficult and stressful situations. She also volunteered with many different nonprofit organizations, and helped raise money for The American Cancer Society as well as for cancer screenings.

Kaylea is smart, organized and a quick wit. One of her passions is meeting people and making new connections. Outside of work, she and her husband are parents to two entertaining, active boys who keep them on their toes. The family loves exploring the outdoors and traveling in our great state. 

Her goal in this process is to help her clients to find the right home to fit their lives, while keeping the occasionally stressful process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Kaylea believes you can learn something new from everyone who enters your life, and she hopes to pass on some of her boundless optimism to all her clients.
